Josh Portnoy – Partner, Operations and Staffing

Josh Portnoy has 10 years of experience leading sales and operations in technology consulting. Josh previously served as the President of Universal Technology Group based in Orlando, FL. Under his leadership UTG experienced 250% year over year growth. For Xcelligent, Josh heads the recruiting group, and manages strategic partnerships. Josh is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a major in Finance

Tommy Simon – Partner, Sales and Marketing

Tommy has 15 years of industry experience in sales and operations. Prior to joining Xcelligent he worked for Cap Gemini and successfully built start-up operations in Atlanta and Florida. In his current role Tommy is responsible for the sales, business development, and customer satisfaction of the organization. Under his leadership Xcelligent has experienced 100% growth over the last 9 months. Tommy is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Andi Van Baelen –Director, Shared Services

Andi has 20 years of experience in finance, operations management, training and event planning. In her current role Andi provides oversight of the accounting, human resources and marketing functions including event planning, seminars, and company communication. Andi’s leadership has resulted in successful seminar campaigns with Microsoft and has dramatically increased awareness of the Xcelligent brand.
