Josh Portnoy – Partner, Staffing Services
Josh Portnoy has 10 years of experience leading sales and operations in technology consulting. Josh previously served as the President of Universal Technology Group based in Orlando, FL. Under his leadership UTG experienced 250% year over year growth. For Xcelligent, Josh heads the recruiting group, and manages strategic partnerships. Josh is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a major in Finance
Jeff Collins – Partner, Consulting Services & Technology Solutions
A founding partner of Xcelligent, Jeff is responsible for the delivery of all products and services.
Jeff manages all aspects of Xcelligent's service delivery capabilities. Jeff has over 20 years helping clients setup and operate project management offices and improve the efficiency of their operations. A former "Big 5" consultant with experience deploying solutions worldwide and an in-depth knowledge of how best to select and take advantage of emerging technologies for clients.
Tommy Simon – Partner, Sales and Marketing
Tommy has 15 years of industry experience in sales and operations. Prior to joining Xcelligent he worked for Cap Gemini and successfully built start-up operations in Atlanta and Florida. In his current role Tommy is responsible for the sales, business development, and customer satisfaction of the organization. Under his leadership Xcelligent has experienced 100% growth over the last 9 months. Tommy is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
Deborah Collins – Director, Finance
Deborah brings to the team broad based business management and leadership skills, with over 20 years of accounting and consulting experience. Prior to joining Xcelligent, she held positions in the private sector as well as with a “Big 5” accounting firm. She has also served on Boards for non-profit organizations. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Entrepreneurship and an MBA from Bryant University.
Andi Van Baelen –Director, Shared Services
Andi has 20 years of experience in finance, operations management, training and event planning. In her current role Andi provides oversight of the marketing functions including event planning, seminars, and company communication. Andi’s leadership has resulted in successful seminar campaigns with Microsoft and has dramatically increased awareness of the Xcelligent brand.
