What does Xcelligent do?

Xcelligent is a Microsoft Gold and Managed partner dedicated to delivering practical, packaged solutions to clients who have complex business challenges.  We are an agile organization that applies emerging, innovative technologies and techniques to solve these specific business needs. Our solutions focus on what really matters to clients; business focused results, user acceptance, and practical innovation.

Xcelligent helps clients answer five distinct sets of business questions. These questions are:

  1. How do I align our business processes to corporate strategies and how do we continually improve corporate performance through process improvement?
  2. How do we align our project portfolio to our corporate objectives and improve corporate performance through enterprise adoption of program and project management practices?
  3. How do we architect and develop applications that support corporate objectives and are we using virtualization, SOA, and ITIL adoption to improve performance?
  4. How do we analyze, report and display our corporate and customer data so that we align with corporate initiatives, drive revenue, and identify critical facts that drive performance?
  5. How do we communicate our corporate objectives so that our process, project, architecture and intelligence investment promote the right activities and drive improved performance?
